It all begins with an idea….

Kawalang lends itself to events, with our ‘Learning Centre’ providing the space to conduct outdoor workshops, meals, inspired discussions in daylight or under the stars. The property also features a magnificent field (‘The Meadow’) adjacent to a meandering creek at the bottom of the hill on which we are situated, facilitating walks and exploration. The studio and other undercover areas on the property and support events in inclement weather. Catering by Kawalang is available with food grown organically on the property.

Testimonials from Organisers

Kawalang is a pristine bush dreamland only 1.5 hrs away from Sydney. There’s a special energy that you can feel from the moment you drive in. Its majestic forest is the perfect place to switch off and re-connect with your true self. Thank you Brynnie and Keith for helping us creating a mind-blowing experience.

— Lucas Gonzalez, Papania Theme Camp

I have run quite a few workshops at Brynnie and Keith’s lovely place. They are wonderful hosts and happy to help you in every way. Their property is ideal for workshops as there is lots of shelter along with a central location and lots of herbs and weeds to use.

Pat Collins, Naturopath, Herbalist and Author

The Indigenous Plants for Health Association’s field day at Kawalang was a most successful event, largely due to the congenial atmosphere created by the hosts, highlighted by the beautiful surroundings and first-class catering – the food and beverages were outstanding. The property is a natural showpiece….

The spacious well-designed studio accommodated our speakers, with an oversized verandah perfect for meetings and gatherings. IPHA hopes to hold future events at this site, and I whole-heartedly recommend it as a classy venue…
